Contents and Overview

In the welcome section you will get an overview of the course. Then you will be introduced to the course structure and how to follow the sections and lectures.

From the second section on, there are theory lessons and special tutorials for the most important setups. These sections provide a lot of background knowledge and are essential for any aspiring martial arts acrobat or tricker.

Then it’s on to the main part of the course – the moves! You’ll start with the cool Masterswipe – a really nice move in breakdance style. Then you’ll learn advanced kicks like the Pop 900 Kick, the Cheat 900 Kick and the Jacknife. From there we dive into advanced flips like the Gainer, Gainerflash, Gainerhalf and of course the popular Gainerfull aka Cork. By the end of the class you will also learn the Raiz and the Sideswipe.

Step by step and with slow and efficient progressions, you will go through these 10 advanced moves. With these moves you will significantly improve your body control, balance and agility.
